Terms & Conditions

Douce France London Ltd organises holiday camps for children aged from 3 to 11 years old.

The team is composed of Jennifer Semar and David Meslet (co-founders), activity leaders and assistants, as well as external teachers (arts, drama, sports, danse…)

Registration

To register your child, you need to fill in the registration form and pay online. The booking is completed only when both the registration form and payment have been received by Douce France London.

Opening hours

We will welcome children from 9.15am to 3.30pm (or 8.30am to 4.30pm as an option).

In order to ensure the smooth running of the day, we only welcome children for a full day and cannot accept children for half days.

In order for the activities to run smoothly, we ask families to be on time in the morning and to inform us in case of any delay. We also ask you to pick up your child on time in the evening.

If you need to collect your child earlier than the normal time, please advise us in advance so we can organise and have your child ready on time. If you fail in informing us, it may take extra time before your child is ready, as they might be in the middle of an activity and potentially off-site in the case of park activities.

In case another person has to collect your child, you will be asked to inform the management in writing. A proof of identity will be asked.

Payment

Payment is made online. The full amount of the booking is due at the time of the booking in order to complete the booking and secure your child’s place at the camp.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation, fees will be refunded in full up to two weeks before the camp starts.
Please note that the starting date of the camp is when the camp opens, not your child’s first day at the camp.

There will be no refund if the cancellation is made less than two weeks before the camp starts.

Health and Safety

In case of any allergies (asthma, food allergies…) or conditions, the medical protocol must be provided to the director of the company on the first day of the camp.

The company reserves the right to refuse admission to children suffering from fever or contagious illnesses.

We ask the parent to notify us of any disability, medical or mental health conditions so that we can welcome the child in the best possible conditions to ensure their well-being and safety, as well as that of the other children and staff.
In the event that these disability, medical conditions or mental health conditions are intentionally not mentioned at the time of registration, and if the management assesses that the safety and well-being of the child, other children and staff cannot be ensured as the situation stands, the child may be refused access to the camp until a solution can be found with the parents / guardians to meet the child’s needs and the smooth running of the camp.

In case of absence due to illness, the company will issue vouchers valid for 12 months, upon presentation of a medical certificate.
