Douce France London Ltd organises holiday camps and after-school clubs for children aged from 4 to 12 years old.
The team is composed of Jennifer Semar and David Meslet, co-founders and various coaches and teachers in arts, drama, sports, and much more.
To register your child, you need to fill in the registration form and send it back to firstname.lastname@example.org and make the payment to the provided bank account following the payment terms and conditions.
We will welcome children from 9.15 am to 3.30 pm. We only welcome children for a full day.
In order to ensure the smooth running of the day, we do not accept children for half days, except in exceptional cases that can be discussed personally with the camp director.
In order for the activities to run smoothly, we ask families to be on time in the morning and to inform us in case of any delay.
We also ask you to pick up your child on time in the evening.
In exceptional cases where another person has to collect your child, you will be asked to inform the management in writing.
Fees are payable in two parts, 50% of the payment must be made at the time of registration and the remaining 50% one month before the start date.
When the registration is done less than a month before the beginning of the camp, the full amount is due.
In case of cancellation, fees will be refunded in full up to one month before the camp starts. There will be no refund if the cancellation is made less than one month before the camp starts.
In case of any allergies (asthma, food allergies…) or conditions, the medical protocol must be provided to the director of the company on the first day of the camp.
The company reserves the right to refuse admission to children suffering from fever or contagious illnesses.
Clothing must be practical and adequate for physical activities.
We ask for the children to have a backpack with their name tagged, a cap, sunglasses, a complete change of clothes, a bottle for water and sun cream.
We do not allow children to bring their mobile phones or any other valuable object.
