In case of cancellation, fees will be refunded in full up to two weeks before the camp starts.

Please note that the starting date of the camp is when the camp opens, not your child's first day at the camp.

There will be no refund if the cancellation is made less than two weeks before the camp starts.

In case of absence due to illness, the company will issue vouchers valid for 12 months, upon presentation of a medical certificate.
